I want to build a full-featured Rummy game that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and Web browsers. The core of the project is real-time multiplayer so players can join live tables, see instant card movements, and enjoy seamless voice-free chat during play. Smooth gameplay, quick load times, and robust security for chips and user accounts are essential; glitches or card-sync delays are not acceptable.

The finished game should feel native on every device while sharing a single code-base where possible to keep long-term maintenance costs low. A lightweight back-end with scalable match-making, table management, and anti-fraud logic will be needed, along with an admin console where I can monitor tables, player wallets, and in-app offers.

Deliverables
• Universal builds for iOS (App Store-ready), Android (Play Store-ready), and a responsive Web version
• Real-time multiplayer architecture (WebSocket or similar) with lobby, table, and chat support
• Secure player authentication, wallet/chip handling, and basic KYC hooks
• Source code, build scripts, and brief technical documentation so any developer can pick up future updates
• A short test plan that proves cross-platform sync and latency targets have been met

Acceptance criteria
1. Two devices on different platforms can complete a 13-card Rummy round without desync.
2. Average latency for card actions stays below 200 ms on a 4G network.
3. Build files pass store submission checks with no critical warnings.

If you already work with frameworks like Unity, Cocos, Flutter, or React Native and can hit these quality targets cost-effectively, this project is a perfect fit.
