PHP MySQL Recipe Finder App

I am building a full-stack Recipe Finder that runs on a classic PHP + MySQL stack with a lightweight HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript front-end. The groundwork is framed around robust CRUD operations—every recipe can be created, edited, deleted, and browsed through clean, responsive pages.

Here is the functional scope I want completed and polished:
• A rich catalogue that is not limited to healthy recipes, quick meals, or international cuisine; the database must be open enough to welcome any future category I add.
• Three complementary search modes running side-by-side—by ingredient, by recipe name, and by cuisine type—plus the flexibility for me to plug in new filters later without refactoring the core.
• Extra value features baked in from day one: user ratings and text reviews attached to each recipe, an at-a-glance nutritional breakdown, and automatic serving-size scaling that recalculates ingredient quantities on the fly.

My expectation is clean, well-commented PHP, normalized MySQL tables, and front-end code that degrades gracefully on older browsers. Please package:
1. Source code (PHP, SQL export, front-end assets)
2. A short README explaining setup, environment variables, and any third-party libraries used
3. A brief demo video or screenshots showing each core feature in action
