Revit 2027 Indian Architectural Template & Family Library Development

We are looking for an experienced **Revit/BIM professional** to develop a complete customized **Autodesk Revit 2027 Architectural Office Template** for our architecture and construction practice in India.

Scope of Work

The freelancer should create a professional `.RTE` template including:

* Indian architectural drawing standards and office standards
* Customized **A1, A2, A3 and A4 title blocks**
* Company logo and office information in title blocks
* Project Name, Client Name, Site/Location, Drawing Title, Drawing Number, Scale, Date, Revision, Drawn By, Checked By and Approved By parameters
* Standard text, dimensions, line weights, line styles and hatch/fill patterns
* Floor Plan, Working Drawing, Furniture, Flooring, RCP, Electrical, Plumbing, Elevation, Section and Detail view templates
* Proper Project Browser organization
* Standard sheet naming and numbering system
* Door and Window schedules
* Room/Area schedules
* Material and finish schedules
* Drawing/Sheet index
* Standard legends, symbols, annotations, tags and keynotes
* Shared parameter file

Indian Revit Family Library

We also require a well-organized family library suitable for Indian residential and commercial projects, including:

* Standard Indian doors and windows
* RCC/brick/AAC wall components
* Staircases and railings
* Kitchen and wardrobe components
* Indian sanitary and plumbing fixtures
* Electrical fixtures and symbols
* Furniture
* Parking/vehicle components
* Site and landscape components
* Common architectural detailing families

Families should be **lightweight, parametric and professionally named**.

2. A1/A2/A3/A4 customized Revit title-block families
3. Organized Indian Revit Family Library
4. Revit Shared Parameters file
5. Standard annotation/symbol library
6. Sample `.RVT` project demonstrating the complete template
7. PDF sample set showing plans, elevations, sections, schedules and sheets
8. Short documentation explaining how to use and modify the template

Software

Autodesk Revit 2027

The final files must be fully editable and should not contain corrupted, duplicated or unnecessarily heavy families.
