My online store has grown quickly, but search visibility hasn’t kept up. I need every valuable page properly indexed and the overall SEO foundation strengthened so we can drive significantly more organic traffic. No formal audit has been run in a long while, so you will start with a clean, data-driven look at the site and then fix what’s holding us back.

Here’s what I expect from the engagement:
• A full technical crawl (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar) and written audit that highlights indexation gaps, duplicate content, broken links, slow pages, schema issues, and any cannibalisation.
• Immediate repair of critical items—XML sitemap refinement, robots.txt adjustments, canonical tags, structured data markup, and Core Web Vitals tweaks—so Google can discover and rank every product and category page.
• On-page optimisation for the pages with the highest traffic potential: refreshed metadata, internal linking improvements, and content hierarchy corrections driven by keyword intent.
• Setup or tidy-up of Search Console tracking so we can monitor impressions, clicks, and coverage errors in real time.
• A concise action log that shows what was changed, why, and the effect on crawl/index status.

Acceptance criteria: all priority URLs must appear as “Indexed—OK” in Search Console, major coverage errors reduced to zero, and baseline organic sessions trending upward within the first full crawl post-fix.

If you’re comfortable working hands-on with platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, have proven wins boosting traffic for e-commerce stores, and can communicate findings clearly, I’d like to start right away.
