I need an end-to-end build of a web-based marketplace written entirely in PHP. The platform must allow independent vendors to create accounts, list items or services, manage orders, and receive payments while buyers browse, compare, purchase, rate, and review without friction. A clean, mobile-first interface, robust admin dashboard, and airtight security are essential.

Core goals
• Solid PHP back end (pure PHP, Laravel, or a comparable framework) with modular code that can grow as new features are introduced.
• MySQL (or MariaDB) data model engineered for high traffic, covering users, products/services, orders, payments, reviews, and messaging.
• Vendor and buyer dashboards that surface only the tools each role needs—inventory, analytics, withdrawals for sellers; order tracking and support for buyers.
• Integrated payment gateway supporting split payouts so commissions are deposited automatically.
• Flexible shipping/tax rules that can be managed from the admin panel.
• Full-text and filtered search, plus category browsing to keep discovery quick.
• Secure REST or GraphQL API endpoints to support a future mobile app.
• Deployment to a production server with SSL, backups, and basic monitoring in place.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages load in under three seconds on a standard broadband connection.
2. OWASP Top-Ten vulnerabilities are mitigated (CSRF, XSS, SQL injection, etc.).
3. All core user flows—registration, listing creation, checkout, payout—are demonstrated live on a staging URL before final hand-off.
4. Complete documentation (setup steps, environment variables, database schema, and code comments) is delivered alongside the source.
