Photoshop Image Transition

I'm looking for a skilled Photoshop expert to create a marketing image. The image should show an old building fading seamlessly into an image of the new building, with a focus on the change in architectural details.

Requirements:
- Use provided images of both buildings
- Highlight architectural details during the transition
- Create a handful of resizes of the final image
- The original image may need to be upscaled

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/ Lightroom
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in image manipulation for marketing purposes

Please provide samples of previous work.

I've included the images that need to be manipulated and a quick mockup of what the final result should look like (but with a smooth transition).

Thanks for your consideration.
