I’m launching “Inside Growth,” a documentary-style YouTube series that shows viewers how everyday businesses in India actually run—real people, real processes, no commentary fluff. For each 5- to 8-minute episode I need someone who can comfortably take on BOTH the filming and the post-production.
Filming
• Use a steady phone camera; natural light and clear framing matter more than gear.
• I’ll rely on the built-in phone microphone, so we’ll work together on choosing quiet locations and capturing clean dialogue.
Editing
• Cut the story in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (whichever you know best).
• Polish with concise captions, light background music, and a clean, modern look that keeps the focus on the subjects.
What’s in it for you
• Your name in every episode’s credits and description.
• Full rights to showcase the work in your portfolio.
• A genuine say in creative direction as the channel evolves.
• If (and only if) the channel monetises, we’ll draw up a fair revenue-share agreement—transparent and in writing.
Deliverables per episode
1. Raw phone footage (organised by scene).
2. One edited 5-8-minute video, 1080p H.264, ready for YouTube upload.
3. Caption file (SRT) and project file.
To apply, drop me a short note confirming you’re comfortable handling both roles and include one or two links to work you’ve shot or edited. Let’s document real entrepreneurship together.
