Engaging Event Videography Assets

I’m hosting a series of live networking evenings and need a skilled videographer who can move easily around the room, capture clean audio, and tell the story of each event in a friendly, down-to-earth style. Your camera will be on the speakers while they present, on the crowd while they react, and on the floor while people mingle so that we collect authentic candid moments and short testimonials from attendees.

After the shoot, I’d like concise edits that feel casual and relaxed—nothing overly polished—running between one and three minutes each. These will become social-media-ready highlight reels that speakers can share as personal promo pieces.

Deliverables
• Raw footage neatly organised by session
• 1–3 minute highlight video per event (casual edit, natural sound, light music bed)
• Separate 10–20 sec testimonial clips, trimmed and titled
