I’m refining a small range of animal-friendly dairy products—cat milk alternatives, dog-safe yogurt, and other cow-based treats—and I need an experienced product-minded writer who can take ownership of the entire content lifecycle. Product development sits at the heart of the brief, yet the real priority is the written content and descriptions that will make each item feel clear, trustworthy, and irresistible to pet owners.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Shape the product story: translate raw formulation notes into engaging benefit-driven copy for packaging, web pages, and point-of-sale material.
• Create and maintain a living content hub: produce blog posts, feeding guides, FAQs, and social captions, then keep them updated as formulations or regulations change.
• Manage consistency: oversee style, tone, and terminology across Shopify, Amazon listings, and printed collateral so our brand voice stays strong.
• Coordinate with designers and nutrition consultants to ensure all claims are accurate, compliant, and easy to understand.
Acceptance criteria
• Finalized product descriptions (≈150 words each) approved by me and the nutrition advisor.
• A 4-week content calendar with draft posts ready for review.
• Central style guide outlining voice, keywords, and formatting rules.
If you love turning functional pet nutrition into compelling stories—and can manage the content after it goes live—let’s talk.
