Performance-Based Marketer Needed for Jersey Dropshipping Business

I'm launching a new online jersey business using a dropshipping model, and I'm looking for a creative and results-driven marketer who can help me generate customers and sales.

The Opportunity

I'm selling football, cricket, F1 and retro jerseys through an online selling model. I have the products and fulfilment arrangement in place, but I'm looking for someone who can bring genuine customers and generate sales.

You do not have to run paid ads.

You can use your own expertise and strategy, such as:

- Instagram marketing
- Influencer/micro-influencer collaborations
- Affiliate marketing
- Organic social media
- Facebook groups/communities
- Content marketing
- WhatsApp marketing
- Reddit/community marketing where permitted
- SEO
- Partnerships
- Any other legitimate marketing strategy

Performance-Based Model

Initially, because I'm starting with limited capital, I would prefer a performance/commission-based arrangement, where you earn 25% of the profit/earnings I make from the successful sales generated through your marketing efforts.

There is no fixed upfront marketing fee initially.

Once the business starts generating consistent sales and I see good performance and results from your marketing, I'm willing to move to an upfront/fixed marketing fee + commission arrangement or another mutually agreed structure.

I'm looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship, rather than simply running a short-term campaign.

What I'm Looking For

I'm looking for someone who:

- Has experience generating actual customers/sales
- Is confident working on performance
- Can think creatively rather than simply running advertisements
- Can explain how they would approach this business
- Is interested in a long-term partnership if results are good

Important

I'm not looking for followers, likes or impressions.

The main KPI is actual customers and successful sales.

All sales generated through your marketing efforts will need to be trackable through an agreed method such as a unique referral code, link, customer record or other mutually agreed tracking system.
