I have an ongoing GST appeal pending before the authorities in Chitradurga and need a seasoned Chartered Accountant who can step in as my authorised representative during the hearings. All the paperwork is already in place; what I now require is confident, articulate advocacy focused on securing a complete dismissal of the case.
You will:
• File your Vakalatnama/authorisation promptly and liaise with the department to confirm the next hearing date.
• Review the existing order, grounds of appeal and evidence so you can frame persuasive oral and written arguments.
• Attend every hearing—whether physical or virtual—present submissions, cross-examine if permitted, and handle any follow-up queries from the adjudicating officer.
• Keep me updated after each sitting, outlining discussion points, additional documents (if any) requested, and the likely direction of the matter.
• Draft and file concise written submissions through the GSTN portal or in hard copy, as mandated by the Chitradurga office, before final hearing.
• Deliver the final order along with a short report summarising how each ground was dealt with and the ultimate result.
Proficiency with GSTN filings, latest circulars, and appellate procedures in Karnataka is essential. If you have a strong track record of getting GST penalty-free dismissals, I’d value a brief note on similar wins.
