The site’s sole purpose is to present our Professional Employment Organization as the clear choice for companies that need HR outsourcing, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance support. Every page should guide visitors through what we do and end with an easy-to-use contact form that funnels leads straight to our sales inbox.
Scope of work
• Craft a clean, modern, fully responsive design that highlights each service area with concise copy blocks, supporting visuals and subtle animation where appropriate.
• Build the site on a mainstream CMS (WordPress, Webflow or similar) so my team can edit text and add blog posts without code.
• Integrate a prominent, secure contact form on every page with spam protection and automatic email notifications.
Acceptance criteria
– Service descriptions load quickly, read clearly on desktop and mobile, and are accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA baseline).
– The contact form delivers submissions to the designated address and stores a backup in the CMS database.
– Final hand-off includes editable source files, any custom graphics, and a brief Loom walkthrough of the admin area.
To be considered, please share links to past work that demonstrates comparable corporate or B2B websites you’ve designed. A short note on how you would structure the service pages is welcome, but I’m prioritizing proof of experience over detailed proposals.
