I have one (or possibly a small batch) of PDFs that I need turned into clean, fully-editable .docx files. Every page must carry over accurately so that I can open the Word document and update text, move images, or adjust tables without any copy-and-paste artifacts.
Please use whatever toolchain you are most comfortable with—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, OCR in Microsoft 365, or a manual rebuild—so long as the final Word file:
• Matches the original layout closely enough that line breaks, headings, and images appear in the same places
• Has live, selectable text (not images of text)
• Keeps any tables as real Word tables, not screenshots
• Arrives proof-read for obvious OCR errors
Send back the finished .docx along with any supporting font or image assets you used. If you spot anything in the source PDF that complicates the job (watermarks, scanned pages, unusual fonts), let me know early so we can decide together how to handle it.
A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy comes first.
