Transcribe Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a set of handwritten notes that need to be recreated inside Microsoft Word. Every page contains both standard text and mathematical symbols, so the finished file must mirror the original layout line-for-line while faithfully rendering each equation.
Accuracy is critical: spacing, headings, underlines, and any other visual cues should appear exactly as they do on the paper copy. You are free to use Word’s built-in Equation Editor (or MathType if you prefer) as long as the result remains fully editable within the .docx file.
