PDF Hindi Book Re-typing

I have a complete Hindi book saved as a PDF and I need every word re-typed into a fresh Microsoft Word document. The goal is to capture the text accurately in standard Unicode Devanagari (Mangal or an equivalent system font) so the file is fully editable and searchable.

Only the text is required—no images, illustrations, tables, or decorative formatting. Just clean paragraphs that follow the natural breaks in the original. Page breaks, chapter headings, and verse or poem spacing can be preserved where they exist, but please skip ornamental elements and any complex layout touches.

I will supply the PDF as soon as we start. Once you finish typing, give the work a careful proof-read against the source so the Word file mirrors the content with a very low error rate. The final deliverable is a single, virus-free .docx that opens flawlessly in the latest Word desktop version.
