PDF Form Data to Excel Workbook

I have a batch of PDF forms that capture both text and numerical information. The content is consistent from one file to the next—names, dates, amounts, comments—but the layouts vary slightly because each template was designed differently.

Your task is to pull every data point from those PDFs and place it into a single Excel workbook. Give each original form its own tab and, where possible, name the tab after the source file. Keep the column order identical across tabs so I can run comparisons and summaries later.

Accuracy is critical: every figure and every word must land in the right cell. If a value is unreadable, flag it rather than guessing. Feel free to use the tools you know best—Python with pdfplumber or tabula, Power Query, VBA, or any dedicated converter—as long as the final file opens cleanly in Excel 2019+.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file with a separate tab for each PDF form
• Any scripts or documented steps needed to repeat the extraction
• A short notes page summarising issues or assumptions
