Vape E-commerce & EPOS Integration

I’m ready to launch a full-featured online vape store and I need someone who can connect it seamlessly to my existing EPOS system so stock levels stay in sync in real time. There are roughly 700 SKUs to import, each with images, variants and the usual compliance information.

Platform is flexible—Shopify or WooCommerce are both fine with me—so long as the final build is fast, secure and easy to maintain. Alongside the core catalogue and checkout, I want customer-facing extras such as product reviews and ratings, an intuitive search with filters for flavour, nicotine strength, device type, etc., plus a simple loyalty programme that rewards repeat purchases.

For the look and feel I’ll share a few reference sites; I’m happy to work from a quality theme or light custom design so you’re not starting from a blank canvas.

Once everything is live, I expect to be able to scan an item in-store, see the stock adjust online instantly, and offer customers a smooth buying experience from discovery to checkout.
