Paper Survey Data Entry

I have a stack of paper survey forms—somewhere between one and five hundred—that record only numeric responses. I need every value from those sheets transferred accurately into a digital file so I can run statistics without manual re-checks. You’ll be reading the handwritten or printed numbers on the paper originals and keying them into a single spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine; CSV export is a bonus).

Because this is survey data, consistency matters more than speed. A simple typo could skew my analysis, so I’ll be checking the final file against random samples. If anything doesn’t line up, I’ll return it for correction.

Deliverables
• Complete spreadsheet or CSV containing all numeric answers from every form
• Clear separation of each survey record in rows and each question in columns
• A short note explaining any illegible entries you had to flag

Once the sheet matches the paper totals, the job is done and approved.
