Copy PDF Data to Spreadsheet

I have a set of PDF documents that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. The task is pure copy-pasting—no data interpretation or validation—so precision and consistency are what matter most.

You will open each PDF, grab the required fields exactly as they appear, and paste them into the matching columns of my Google Sheet (or Excel, if you prefer and can later export to .xlsx). Formatting must remain uniform throughout so the file is ready for sorting and simple analysis the moment you finish.

I will share:
• The PDF files (all text is selectable—no OCR necessary).
• A template spreadsheet with pre-defined headers.

You will deliver:
• The completed spreadsheet containing every record from every PDF, free of extra spaces or line breaks.
• A quick note flagging any unreadable characters or missing values you encounter.
