Numerical Data Extraction from PDFs

I need a detail-oriented freelancer to transfer numerical data housed in a series of PDF files into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Every source document is already in digital form, so no scanning or OCR cleanup is required—just careful reading of the PDFs and accurate entry of the numbers exactly as they appear.

Because the project is strictly numerical, consistency in formatting (decimal places, currency symbols where shown, and thousand separators) is essential. I will provide the PDFs along with a template Excel or Google Sheet that shows the desired column order and headings. A spot-check sheet with example rows will guide you on edge cases such as blank fields, subtotals, or rounded figures.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet populated with all numbers from the supplied PDFs
• A brief log noting any ambiguous figures or illegible characters you encounter
• Confirmation that totals in the sheet match the sums shown in the source PDFs
