Project Title: Mobile Developer Needed for Oversize Trucking Route-Compliance App

I am seeking an experienced mobile app developer or development team to build the first working version of RouteLock Specialized, a commercial route-compliance and driver-guidance application for oversize and overweight trucking.

The app will be developed for iPhone and Android. Its purpose is to help drivers follow permitted routes accurately while accounting for exact truck, trailer, load dimensions, axle configurations, clearances, travel restrictions, and permit conditions.

Initial features will include:

* User accounts and secure document storage
* Uploading and reading oversize permits, bills of lading, and First Run Reports (FRRs)
* Extracting prescribed routes, dimensions, weights, axle information, restrictions, curfews, escorts, and special instructions
* Displaying the permitted route on an interactive map
* Comparing permit information against saved truck, trailer, jeep, booster, stinger, and axle configurations
* Identifying possible route conflicts and clearance risks
* Turn-by-turn driver guidance with early warnings
* Saved equipment profiles and reusable configurations
* Dispatcher review and trip-release workflow
* OpenAI API integration for reading documents, extracting and organizing information, comparing data, identifying possible conflicts, and assisting drivers and dispatchers
* Google Maps Platform API integration for mapping, routing, road data, geocoding, place searches, Street View, and elevation data
* A scalable architecture that can later support FleetCommand and Canadian rules

The permit and verified equipment information must remain the controlling sources of truth. AI-generated results must be clearly identified, validated, and placed into review when information is missing, unclear, or conflicting.

Google Maps data will support mapping and route analysis, but the prescribed route contained in the official permit must remain controlling. The system must not independently reroute an oversize load away from its permitted route.

This is a specialized trucking application, so accuracy, security, and a clean, driver-friendly interface are essential. The first phase should be a functional MVP with room for continued development.

Applicants should provide:

* Examples of mobile applications they have built
* Experience with iOS, Android, Google Maps Platform APIs, GPS, routing, document scanning/OCR, cloud databases, and OpenAI API integration
* Their recommended technology stack
* Estimated development schedule and cost
* Whether they work independently or with a team
* Availability for ongoing development after the MVP

A confidentiality agreement and transfer of all source code, documentation, accounts, and intellectual-property rights will be required. Detailed specifications will be shared with qualified candidates.
