I’m spinning up a new enterprise deployment of Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE and need a senior engineer who can own the entire UEM lifecycle from architecture through steady-state support. The environment spans Windows, iOS, Android and macOS devices, so you must be equally comfortable writing custom profiles for iOS as you are managing Windows patch rings or Android Work Profiles.

Beyond the core console work, deep integration with the following is critical:

• AD, Exchange, PKI, certificates, VPN

High-availability design, DMZ and firewall rule-sets, unified application cataloguing, device enrollment flows, compliance policies and large-scale production rollouts all fall inside the scope. You will document everything you build and walk my internal admins through the solution so we can maintain it long term.

Engagement can be full-time, contract or freelance; I’m flexible as long as you bring 8+ years of demonstrable Workspace ONE / AirWatch experience and ideally a current VMware certification.

Key deliverables
1. A production-ready Workspace ONE architecture with HA/DR considerations
2. Automated enrollment, application, and compliance workflows across all four OS families
3. Clear technical documentation and a live knowledge-transfer session for my operations team

If you thrive on designing robust UEM environments and can start remotely right away, let’s talk.
