Outbound Tele Caller for Mobile Billing App Marketing – India (Multiple Positions)

We are looking for multiple outbound tele callers in India to promote a simple mobile billing/invoicing app designed for local shopkeepers and small businesses.

This opportunity may suit graduates, college students, or anyone confident speaking with shopkeepers over the phone and interested in a performance-based role.

The app allows shopkeepers to create bills/invoices directly from their mobile phone and supports all major Indian languages.

You will be using your own phone / internet. No extra payment will be made for making a phone call.

Your Daily Work
===============
You will be expected to:
- Find local shopkeepers/small businesses that currently do not have an easy method of creating invoices digitally.
- Call the shopkeepers and explain how our mobile app can help them create bills directly from their phone.
- Encourage interested shopkeepers to install and start using the app.
- At the end of each day, send us the shop name and/or phone number of the businesses you contacted and successfully referred.
- Follow up with interested shopkeepers where required.

Payment
=======
This is a fixed + performance bonus role.
- Monthly fixed payment: ₹2,000
- Installation bonus: ₹5 for every verified shopkeeper who installs the app through your referral.
- Usage bonus: Additional ₹5 for every referred shopkeeper who creates at least 100 invoices in 30 days after install.

Payment Calculation Examples

Example 1:

If you get:
- 300 verified installs
- 100 of those shopkeepers create at least 100 invoices during the month

Your payment will be:
- ₹2,000 fixed payment
- 300 × ₹5 = ₹1,500 installation bonus
- 100 × ₹5 = ₹500 usage bonus

Total payment = ₹4,000

Example 2:

If you get:
- 500 verified installs
- 200 shopkeepers create at least 100 invoices during the month

Your payment will be:
- ₹2,000 fixed payment
- 500 × ₹5 = ₹2,500 installation bonus
- 200 × ₹5 = ₹1,000 usage bonus

Total payment = ₹5,500

There is no fixed upper limit on the performance bonus — the more genuine shopkeepers you onboard and activate, the more you can earn.

Important First-Week Target: You must successfully onboard at least 100 verified users within your first 7 days to qualify for any payment.
Payment Schedule: Payments will be calculated based on verified results and paid on the 1st of every month.

Who We Are Looking For

- Based in India (any state)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with local shopkeepers
- Able to communicate in Hindi and/or regional Indian languages
- Self-motivated and comfortable finding your own leads
- Able to provide a simple daily report of businesses contacted
- Students and graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is useful but not essential
