I need a focused, field-ready Android application that lets our security personnel capture incidents the instant they occur. The flow is straightforward: officers open the app, complete a structured incident form, attach photos or short video clips straight from the device camera or gallery, and submit. As soon as a report is logged, real-time push notifications must alert relevant team members so nothing slips through the cracks.

Because this will be used exclusively by trained security staff, the interface has to be fast, uncluttered, and usable with one hand—think large buttons, offline caching in spotty coverage areas, and a minimal number of taps to completion.

Deliverables
• Android Studio project (Kotlin or Java) with clean, well-commented code
• Signed APK ready for internal testing and deployment
• Implementation of:
– Incident reporting form
– Photo & video upload
– Real-time notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar)
• Brief set-up guide covering build steps and configuration of the notification service

The project is contained to the mobile app itself; any server or dashboard you recommend for storing reports is welcome, but the priority is getting a reliable Android client in our guards’ hands quickly.
