Organize Emails & Draft Complaint (Using Gmail account)

I’m prosecuting several civil cases pro se and need a fast-moving partner who can tame the evidence pile and translate it into a polished federal-style Complaint.

The immediate priority is to download, catalogue, and tag several thousand emails that span multiple lawsuits. Once the messages are sorted into logical batches, I must be able to pull any thread instantly for filing or courtroom reference. Whether we group them by date, sender, or lawsuit category is open for discussion—what matters is that the structure is intuitive and the data is export-ready (PDF format preferred).
