Airtable–Shopify CRM Automation Build

I run a small B2B company that sells to farmers and produce distributors and I’m ready to tighten up our sales and marketing pipeline. I already rely on Shopify for orders and Zapier for light automation, but everything still ends up scattered. I need a single Airtable base that functions as a proper CRM and speaks smoothly with Shopify through Zapier.

Here’s what I want this Airtable build to do:

• Act as our central CRM hub, with dedicated tables and views for Contact Management, Lead Tracking, and Task Management.
• Store rich Personal Information on every prospect or customer alongside their full Purchase History pulled straight from Shopify.
• Trigger automated workflows in Zapier—new Shopify orders should populate or update the right contact record, flag a task for follow-up, and nudge leads along a simple pipeline.
• Keep the layout clean enough for a small team to understand at a glance yet flexible for future fields or additional automations.

If you’ve built Airtable bases that sync to Shopify before—ideally using Zapier—let’s map out the fields, create the initial Zaps, and document the setup so I can maintain it myself once everything is humming. I’ll supply existing spreadsheets, Zapier access, and a test Shopify store. Acceptance is a working Airtable base with live sample data flowing in, plus a short walkthrough video or document that shows how to tweak or extend the automations later.
