Office Workflow Web Automation

I need to take a repetitive, browser-based office workflow and turn it into a single-click process.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• A headless-friendly solution—Python + Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, or any comparable framework—that can log in, read an input file (CSV or XLSX), populate the website fields, start the job, track server responses, and click the approval buttons until completion.
First step
1) I can upload excel file and click on run then go to the url mentioned in sheet and open in chrome( Automate) , enter the credentials mentioned in sheet 2 ( Automate), user enters captcha and Otp submits manually . Than automation starts again .

. Excel file contains data in sheet 1 , and URL/ ID / PASSWORD/ APPROVAL STATS IN sheet 2 , one by one record in sheet 1 has to be search and approve based on the data given in sheet 2 , Approve each photo until n and click on approve again at final for each record
and update sheet1 each record Not found/ approved / Not approved
