Hindi Video Editor for Legal Reels

Project Title: Faceless Reel Video Editor Needed — Legal Awareness Content (Hindi, India-based)

Project Description:

I need an experienced video editor who can assemble a pre-written
script, AI-generated voiceover audio, and visuals into professional,
faceless, vertical (9:16) reels — for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and
Facebook.

This is a Legal Awareness page ("Desh Ka Kanoon") that educates Indian
citizens about everyday laws, in a serious and authoritative tone.

Important: All content — voiceover, on-screen text, and captions —
will be entirely in HINDI, targeting an Indian audience. The visuals,
setting, and overall atmosphere must reflect an Indian context (Indian
homes, streets, clothing, people, government offices, etc.) — not
generic/Western stock footage. Comfort working with Hindi text/subtitles
and an Indian visual sensibility is essential.

What I will provide (you only need to do Assembly/Editing):
1. Complete script (in Hindi, with scene-by-scene timestamps)
2. AI-generated Hindi voiceover (MP3 file)
3. Visual assets — AI-generated images/videos and stock footage
(from Canva/Pexels, India-relevant)
4. Background music and SFX files
5. Brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo)

Your Scope of Work:
1. Arrange the provided visuals on the timeline according to the
script's timestamps
2. Sync the voiceover precisely with the visuals
3. Add on-screen bold captions/text (as given in the script, in Hindi)
4. Add background music + SFX with proper volume balance (voiceover
must remain clearly audible)
5. Add Hindi auto-captions/subtitles (accuracy-checked)
6. Maintain consistent branding — fixed logo intro/outro, fixed font,
color grading
7. Final export — 1080p Full HD, 9:16 vertical, MP4

Important — NOT included in this scope:
- Script writing (I will provide this myself)
- Voiceover recording/generation (will be provided ready-made)
- Any original content creation — only professional editing/assembly
of the provided assets is needed

Deliverables:
1. Final exported video (1080p MP4)
2. The complete editable project file (CapCut/VN/Premiere — whichever
software you use)
3. A short walkthrough/notes on reusing the templates

Required Terms:
1. Full copyright/ownership will transfer to the client upon project
completion
2. Only commercially licensed music/SFX/assets to be used (if you add
any yourself)
3. The visual template/style used may be reused by the client in the
future without any additional fee

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Video Editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software)
- Prior experience with "faceless reels" or voiceover-based content
(please attach a portfolio)
- Comfortable working with Hindi-language content and captions, and
an understanding of Indian visual/cultural context

Project Type: Ongoing (starting with 1 test reel; if the result is
good, moving to a regular/weekly basis of 2 reels/week)
