Odoo Bookkeeping Data Entry Cleanup

I have fallen about four to six months behind on day-to-day bookkeeping in Odoo. All purchase invoices, sales, expenses and bank movements are waiting to be keyed in, and a few small configuration quirks in the Accounting app—mostly chart-of-accounts mappings and journal settings—are slowing me down further. I need someone who is comfortable inside Odoo, understands clean accounting data entry, and can tidy minor configuration issues as they go.

You will receive full access to my live Odoo instance plus PDFs of invoices, bank statements and receipts. While the primary task is straightforward data entry, I also expect you to flag or quickly correct anything in the configuration that prevents an accurate trial balance (for example, mis-linked tax accounts or journals that refuse to post).

Deliverables
• All outstanding transactions entered and posted for the missing 4-6 month period
• Any blocking configuration issues resolved so standard reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance) run without errors
• A brief hand-off note summarising what was changed in the settings and any remaining recommendations

The work is ready to start immediately; once the backlog is cleared I’ll close the books for the quarter and reconcile moving forward myself, so speed and accuracy are equally important.
