AutoCAD Layout Refinement Needed

I already have the DWG file in AutoCAD and just need a quick, precise tune-up. The current model suffers from a few alignment hiccups and some untidy layers. I will point out the exact dimensions that must stay locked, so you can shift or realign everything else around those constraints without altering critical sizes.

Please open the file in native AutoCAD, correct the misalignments, clean up the layer structure, and return a neatly organised DWG that plots correctly. A same-day turnaround would be ideal, as this is a small, focused task.
