We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to build a high-performance, mobile-responsive Telugu Language Regional News Portal inspired by manavishwam.com.

The entire website content, categories, navigation, and automated tools are exclusively targeted at Telugu-reading audiences across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The core requirement is a clean news layout with regional Telugu menu categories and two automated graphic/clip generation buttons under each article.

Key Requirements & Core Features:
1. Telugu Language Support & Typography (Critical Priority):
The platform is a 100% Telugu News Website. All dynamic elements, date formats, labels, and system messages must render standard Telugu Unicode cleanly.
