.NET Core ERP for Aviation Management

We already have comprehensive ERP system built on .NET Core to manage operations for an airport, an aircraft school, and several clubs. We need help for further features, bug fixes and customers on-boarding.

For the Aircraft School:
- Training schedule management
- Student and instructor management

For the Clubs:
- Membership management
- Communication and notifications
- Event planning and tracking
- Billing, accounting
- Reports and exports
- 3rd party integration

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in .NET Core development
- Experience in building ERP systems
- Strong database management skills
- Familiarity with aviation industry is a plus
- Excellent UI/UX design capabilities
- Strong integration experience with third-party services
