Luxury Santa Booking Outreach

I represent a highly sought-after, NYC-based Santa who commands fees from $400 to $2,000 per appearance. My calendar still has premium December slots open and I want those filled exclusively with luxury brand and corporate events. The sweet spot is high-profile holiday gatherings hosted by hotels, restaurants, private clubs, real-estate groups, finance firms, and leading tech companies around the city.

Your mission is to bring those bookings in and see them through to a signed agreement. You’ll be working on a straight 10 % commission for every fully-paid appearance, so the more dates you close, the more you earn.

Scope of work
• Identify and reach out to the right decision-makers inside the targeted organizations.
• Craft and send polished outreach messages, then follow up professionally until a yes or a hard no is received.
• Field all incoming questions, negotiate within the established rate range, and guide prospects to a confirmed, paid booking.
• Keep me up to date with a simple weekly report covering leads approached, conversations in progress, and appearances secured.

Success looks like a full December schedule of high-end engagements, each booked at or above the $400 minimum, with invoices paid and the event details locked in.
