Signed+Sealed by Licensed NJ Architect: Multifamily Floor Plan

I need sealed, code-compliant floor plans for a 500-1000 sq ft third-story addition to my two-family home in Bloomfield, NJ. The new level will hold one bedroom and one full bathroom laid out to suit the existing conditions created by the previous owner.
My township will only accept drawings signed and sealed by an architect licensed in New Jersey, so your stamp is an essential deliverable. I will be asking you for the name of the licensed NJ architect who will be stamping the work, otherwise we cannot move forward with the project. Beyond that, I’m counting on you to refine the layout, confirm structural feasibility, and prepare everything required for zoning and construction permit submission.
Key deliverables
• Signed and sealed architectural floor plans (PDF and two hard copies) showing the new bedroom, bath, egress. No "existing" 2nd floor plans exist, you must draw "existing" conditions and then the "proposed" conditions.
• Any supporting code notes, schedules, or details the Bloomfield building department routinely asks for
• One round of revisions should the township request clarifications
* initial signed + sealed completed within 1 week (ideally 3-4 days). If revisions required, must also be completed within 1 week (ideally 3-4 days).
If you have recent experience navigating Bloomfield or other Essex County jurisdictions, please mention it and link to comparable residential projects from your portfolio.
