Need iOS Developer with Apple Developer Account to Publish My App

I have a completed iOS mobile application and I do NOT have an Apple Developer Account.

I am looking for an experienced iOS developer who already has an active Apple Developer Account and can publish my app using their account.

Requirements:
• Build and archive the iOS app
• Fix any build or signing issues
• Upload the app to the Apple App Store using your Apple Developer Account
• Submit it for Apple Review
• Keep me updated until the app is approved
