Mentorship Progress Tracking App

I’m building an MVP that lets mentors monitor how the people they guide are advancing toward agreed-upon goals. The first release focuses purely on the mentor side: mentors log in, record sessions, and generate clear progress reports that can be shared or exported.

Your task is to design and develop this core workflow—from secure authentication to a clean dashboard where mentors can enter notes and instantly produce visual or PDF reports that chart improvement over time. Feel free to suggest the most suitable stack (React Native, Flutter, or a lightweight web PWA—whichever keeps development swift and maintainable).

While future iterations may add mentee logins, goal-setting wizards, and feedback ratings, right now the single priority is a polished mentor interface and robust progress-report engine. Please include basic admin access only if it’s needed for user management; otherwise keep the scope tight.
