Multilingual Tourism Guide App

I need a simple, clean mobile app that opens with a language-selection screen. Once the visitor chooses any of several major world languages, the main page will show a list of tourist attractions that I pre-enter from an admin side or quick JSON/text file. When the user taps a place, a built-in text-to-speech engine instantly reads the description I have written for that site in the chosen language.

Target platforms are both Android and iPhone, so please use a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native unless you have a stronger proposal. No recorded files are required—the app relies solely on high-quality TTS voices provided by the device or by a service like Google Text-to-Speech or Apple’s AVSpeechSynthesizer.

Critical requirements
• Splash or first screen with language picker covering all major world languages (at minimum Arabic and English, but scalable to many more).
• Simple backend or local config to let me add/edit attraction names and their multilingual text descriptions without touching code.
• One-tap playback of the description using the selected language’s voice.
• Smooth operation on recent Android and iOS versions and successful store builds.

Deliverables
1. Full source code with clear comments.
2. Build instructions for both stores.
3. A brief README explaining how to add new languages and attractions.

I’ll test by loading at least five sites in three languages and confirming that the correct voice triggers instantly on both operating systems.
