I’m building a full-scale real-estate portal that works seamlessly in both Arabic and English and initially showcases homes for sale. The solution must include a responsive website plus companion iOS and Android apps, all powered by a single scalable backend.

Core features I need engineered:

• High-performance video streaming able to host thousands of property clips without lag—CDN integration or an equivalent strategy is essential.
• Immersive 360° and VR tour capability (web and mobile) with smooth navigation and headset support.
