I’m organising a single-day society event and I need a lightweight, mobile-friendly web application that lets up to 500 people take part in quick, Tambola-style polls. Guests will scan one shared QR code, type only their name, and immediately see a board of circular buttons numbered 0–100. The moment they tap a number it must lock, preventing any further changes.
From my side I’ll access an admin panel with just two controls—Next Poll and Close Poll. A new round should open only when I press Next Poll, and while voting is in progress I want to see a running total of votes plus the average percentage; this information stays private to me, nothing is broadcast onto the public screen. When I close a poll I need a one-click export to Excel/CSV.
Because this is strictly a web solution, no iOS or Android build is necessary. The interface should feel like a lively game show, work smoothly on modern mobile browsers, and be stress-tested with multiple concurrent users before hand-over. Once you have a fully functioning demo online I’ll review it live; after that we can wrap up and release the final payment.
Please let me know your fixed price and turnaround time, and feel free to mention any proven web-socket, Node.js, React, or similar tech you’d like to use—speed and reliability on the event day are everything.
