I want to give our reception area a fresh, modern feel built around neutral tones—think warm whites, soft greys and subtle wood accents. The focal point should be a comfortable arrangement of a sofa and matching armchairs that welcomes visitors immediately while keeping the space uncluttered and professional.

You’ll start by presenting two or three layout concepts that balance traffic flow with a relaxed seating cluster. Once we agree on the best plan, I’ll need detailed mood boards, a curated furniture selection (with links or specifications for the sofa, armchairs and any complementary pieces), plus lighting and accessory suggestions that stay within the neutral palette yet add texture and depth.

Final deliverables: scaled floor plan, high-resolution 3D renders, and a concise shopping list ready for procurement. If you typically work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar, let me know—source files are welcome as part of the hand-off so my contractor can execute the build without guesswork.
