Modern 3D Exterior Sourcing Plan

I have a structural-engineer floor plan for our new G+2 home and need a complete 3D exterior concept that I can hand straight to my builder and procurement team. The look is unequivocally Modern, and I’m concentrating on three zones: the main façade, the roofline, and all visible landscaping.

Here’s what I expect:
• A fully textured 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) aligned exactly to the engineer’s dimensions.
• High-resolution stills plus one short orbital walkthrough that illustrate daylight and night lighting.
• A detailed schedule of every visible exterior component—cladding, glazing, roofing membranes, lighting fixtures, hardscape elements, and planting—each entry paired with at least one realistic supplier or catalogue reference so my contractor can order without guesswork. Local suppliers are ideal, but online alternatives are fine where availability is proven.
• Notes on installation sequencing so the design integrates smoothly with our ongoing construction timeline.

I’ll supply the PDF and DWG files of the floor plan along with site photos. Accuracy to those docs is critical; any clashes must be flagged early. If you’ve delivered similar modern exteriors before, please link your best example so I can gauge style alignment.
