Modern Multi-Room Home Design

Our studio, Mitti and Marble, is commissioning a complete concept package for a modern residence. The aesthetic must be unmistakably contemporary—clean geometry, generous glazing, and a fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Scope
The plan should accommodate a minimum of five fully enclosed rooms in addition to the primary living, dining, and kitchen areas. Once the project is underway I will provide plot dimensions, setback requirements, and any municipal guidelines so you can shape the massing accordingly. You are welcome to suggest the best configuration of specialty spaces; flexibility is important as long as the modern character remains clear.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plans (PDF plus editable DWG/Revit)
• Two exterior elevations and one rendered perspective
• Interior zoning diagram highlighting circulation flow
• Material palette notes that suit a modern finish

Acceptance Criteria
• At least five rooms beyond core living zones
• Designs reflect the modern style stated above
• Files open without issue in AutoCAD 2020 or Revit
