Modern Multi-Family CAD Design

I’m moving forward with a new multi-family residential project and need an experienced AutoCAD professional to turn my preliminary sketches into a complete construction-ready drawing set. The look is firmly Modern—clean lines, generous glazing, and an emphasis on functional, flexible interiors.

A key element you must weave into the plans is usable green space: landscaped gardens at grade and roof terraces that encourage resident interaction. These outdoor areas should feel integral to the architecture, not an afterthought.

I will provide the site survey, zoning data, and a rough massing concept. From you, I need a well-structured DWG package (AutoCAD 2020 or newer) that includes:
• Fully dimensioned floor plans for every level
• Elevations and sections expressing the modern façade treatment
• Detailed layouts, planting zones, and hardscape specs for the garden and terrace areas
• A simple 3D massing export for quick stakeholder visualization

Please keep layers organized to AIA standards and annotate in metric. After the first draft, I’ll supply mark-ups; two revision rounds should bring us to final approval. Share a sample of comparable multi-family work and your estimated timeframe so we can lock in the schedule quickly.
