NSW NCC Certification for Childcare

Our team has completed the design documentation for a new commercial-use childcare centre in New South Wales and now needs an accredited certifier to close out compliance. All performance solutions and National Construction Code references are already drafted; what I need is an independent, NSW-licensed practitioner to:

• Review the full Building Compliance package (NCC Volumes 1 & 2, 2022 edition)
• Examine the Fire Safety Report and the Accessibility Compliance Report in detail
• Provide formal written feedback on any gaps or clarifications required
• Once satisfied, issue the statutory certification documents recognised under NSW legislation for occupation certificate lodgement

I will supply the current drawings, specifications, performance solution statements and supporting calculations the moment we agree on the engagement. A quick turnaround is preferable, but accuracy and regulatory rigour take priority—I want to walk into the certifying authority with absolute confidence that every NCC clause relevant to a childcare facility has been met.
