Modern Architectural 3D Model Needed

I’m commissioning a detailed, modern-style architectural 3D model and would like to collaborate with someone who already has a solid portfolio in this area. The task covers the full exterior massing plus key interior spaces, ready for both still renders and walk-through animation. Clean, scale-accurate geometry is essential, and the file should arrive with logically named layers and materials so my rendering team can take it straight into V-Ray or Lumion without re-work.

Please show me a few examples of comparable projects you’ve completed—past work is the main factor I’ll use when short-listing. Whether you prefer 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or another professional package is up to you, as long as the final deliverables include a native file and an .FBX or .OBJ export.

Once we agree on scope, I’ll supply CAD plans, elevations, and reference photos. I’m aiming for a quick turnaround but will set realistic milestones so we both stay on schedule.
