I’m organising a series of live, webcam-on mock interviews and need a confident facilitator to step in as the interviewer. You will work from my prepared questionnaire and keep the conversation flowing exactly as a real hiring manager would, focusing on behavioural and situation-based questions for candidates aiming at entry-level positions.
Here’s what the work looks like in practice:
• Run four 15-minute interviews each hour, camera and microphone on throughout.
• Follow the question set I provide, probing where necessary to mimic an authentic interview experience.
• Capture each candidate’s key responses and notes in the shared Google Sheet before moving to the next call.
Strong, engaging communication is essential—you should be able to draw candidates out, think on your feet and maintain a professional yet welcoming tone. Familiarity with core business concepts will help you frame follow-up questions and feedback. If you have a creative flair for keeping conversations lively and memorable, even better.
Sessions are paid at $6–$9 per hour and will be booked in blocks. Reliability is critical; once a slot is confirmed, I need you present and prepared.
When you reply, include a brief audio or video sample (a past speaking engagement, client testimonial, or short self-introduction clip) that shows how you present yourself on camera.
I’m ready to get the first round scheduled, so if this sounds like a good fit, let’s talk.
