I run readmeloud.com and, while the desktop experience is solid, the mobile view is letting us down—particularly the text and overall layout. Fonts shrink, spacing collapses and the Core Web Vitals scores drop accordingly. I want the mobile presentation rebuilt so that it feels truly responsive and, more importantly, so Google’s PageSpeed Insights stops flagging us.

Your brief:

• Re-engineer the mobile CSS/HTML so text scales cleanly, sections re-flow without overlap and the layout adapts across modern break-points.
• Audit the entire site on Lighthouse/PageSpeed Insights with a mobile focus, then optimise what you touch—critical-path CSS, script deferral, image delivery, caching and any quick wins that lift LCP, INP and CLS into the “good” range.
• Provide before/after scores and a short hand-off note so I can understand what changed and keep it fast going forward.

Navigation and media currently behave, so concentrate on text, layout and overall performance; if you spot inexpensive gains elsewhere, I’m open to them. Code must stay lightweight, avoid heavy frameworks and work inside the existing WordPress setup.

Send a quick outline of the approach, a realistic turnaround time and one or two past URLs where you achieved strong mobile Core Web Vitals. Looking forward to seeing readmeloud.com finally load fast and look crisp on every phone.
