Mobile App & Portfolio Website

I’m building “Smile Code”, a small but ambitious project whose first priority is a polished mobile application available on both iOS and Android. Alongside the app I also need a clean, responsive portfolio site that shows the product, its features and future roadmap.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A cross-platform mobile app that installs smoothly, loads fast and follows current UX best practices. Whether you prefer Flutter, React Native, Swift UI or Kotlin isn’t as important to me as delivering a bug-free build with clear, well-commented code.
• A matching portfolio website that mirrors the app’s branding, lets me add screenshots or demo videos easily, and stays lightweight enough to score well on PageSpeed. Static-site generators or a simple CMS are both fine—I’m open to your recommendation.

I value proven experience, so please highlight similar apps you’ve shipped, frameworks you’re comfortable with, and any portfolio sites you’ve designed that align with this aesthetic. If you can outline your milestone approach and typical turnaround times, even better.
