Minimalist Portfolio Website Development

I need a clean, fast-loading portfolio site coded from scratch in plain HTML5 and CSS3—no templates or page builders. The goal is to spotlight my work and background with a minimalist look: plenty of white space, subtle typography, and a responsive layout that stays sharp on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Please build three core sections:
