I am looking to design an app for my boyfriend (i.e not to be published anywhere,) that is an alarm clock. He tells me he will move to live in California with me (from London, England) if he can wake up to the sound of BBC Radio 4's Today Programme. So, the app needs to download the Today programme that day from the BBC, in UK time, and play it back 8 hours later on california time.
